Delete Account
Jesus Trails Challenge allows you to permanently delete your account and associated data directly from the app.
How to Delete Your Account

Open the Jesus Trails Challenge app on your device.

Tap the profile icon to go to your profile page.

Tap Settings (gear icon).

Scroll down and tap the "Delete Account" button.

A confirmation dialog will appear. Tap "Delete" to confirm.

Your account will be permanently deleted and you will be signed out.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Account credentials (email, password)
-
Profile information (name, profile photo)
-
Trail progress and activity data
-
Shipping address
-
Push notification tokens
What Data May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained for a limited period as required by law:

Payment transaction records — up to 7 years (tax and financial compliance)

Email communication logs — up to 90 days (customer support and dispute resolution)
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. To request deletion of your payment data held by Stripe, please contact us at the email address below.
Can't Access the App?
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing:
support@jesustrailschallenge.com
Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
